Waxing facts.

Q) Does waxing hurt?
A) Yes it does and anyone who says it doesn’t has never been waxed. However, the pain does diminish the more often you wax.

Q) Can I do anything to ease the pain?
A)The amount of pain can vary with each person. For most it is only momentary like pulling off a bandaid. We don’t recommend waxing if you are premenstrual. Women tend to be more sensitive prior to their period.

Q) Can the kit be used for Brazilian waxing?
A) Yes of course just don’t use the stencils, and trim the hair a little prior to waxing.

Q) Do I have to go to a professional technician?
A) No, of course you don’t have to go to a professional. Thousand of women do home waxing safely. However, if you have always gone to a professional, we strongly suggest that you take Just Kittyng to her and use our waxes for touch up in between your waxing regime.

Q) How many wax strips do I receive?
A) There are 5 double sided strips in each kit.

Q) Can I purchase extra wax strips?
A) Yes wax strip refills are available and include a soothing gel for post waxing

Q) Are the stencils re-usable?
A) No the stencils should be thrown away immediately after use.

Q) When will the dyes be available?
A) The dyes are being tested in order to insure the safety and efficacy of the product. We are not sure of the exact date for completion.

Q) What shape stencils are included in the kit?
A) The original Just Kittyng kit comes with 2 heart shaped stencils. The Sex Symbol refill kits come in 8 varieties: Hearts, Arrows, Stars, Lightning Bolts, Tulips, X’s Bow Ties and Horseshoes.

Q) What type of wax is included?
A) The wax strips are cold wax and easy to use. They are all natural and non-irritating to the skin and can be used all over the body. If you choose to shave your private parts the wax is as ideal for the legs as it would be for lips, underarms or eyebrows.

Q) How long does it take for shipping?
A) It has been our experience that most orders shipped within North America take 3-5 business days but it can take up to 10 business days. We can expedite shipping but there will be additional charges based on how quickly you need the products.

Q) For first time use do you recommend going to a professional?
A) If you have always gone to a professional than don’t stop now. However, the kit is designed for home use.
